It offers residents and visitors a place to relax, exercise, and enjoy nature.The development of Gran Malecón is part of a larger vision. It aims to make Barranquilla a more sustainable and livable city. This project combines green spaces, recreational areas, and cultural spots.From above, these three strips are visible and fade in a gradient of colors that go from the darkest tones of the asphalt to the lightest degree of the deconstructed sand-colored cobblestones of the last strip, that set a contrast with the river’s color. This view gives the impression of being a pixelated virtual reality image of a video game. As expressed by Ricardo Vives Guerra , leading architect of the project, “The road and the sidewalks are a continuous strip, then there is the boardwalk, a 6-meter wide strip, with a tree-lined bike path. Then comes the park area.” Everything is designed from the functionality and social purpose. Con la entrada de CASA Colombia V3, se definen a continuación fechas y condiciones importantes para el cambio gradual de las versiones e impulsar la transformación de la vivienda sostenible y saludable en Colombia.Los proyectos deben tener en cuenta las fechas y condiciones para el registro y para el proceso de certificación.Proyectos registrados antes del 01 de julio de 2023 en las versiones VIS1.1 o 2.1:Los proyectos registrados en las versiones VIS1.1 o v2.1 pueden continuar el proceso de certificación sin cambiar de versión siempre y cuando logren su certificación final antes del:<ul><li>1 de enero de 2028 si el proyecto no tiene etapas.</li><li>1 de enero de 2030 si el proyecto tiene varias etapas.
