Leveraging Design Builder for LEED Certification

<p>A toda nuestra estimada comunidad les informamos que la Unidad de Planeación Minero Energética - UPME expidió Resolución 712 de 2024 que actualiza el listado de bienes y servicios de los anexos 1 y 2 correspondientes a de i) proyectos de generación de energía eléctrica a partir de fuentes no convencionales de energía - FNCE; &nbsp;y ii) acciones o medidas de gestión eficiente de la energía - GEE. Resaltamos a continuación las novedades que aplican al sector construcción:<br>&nbsp;</p><p>En el título CONSTRUCCIÓN SOSTENIBLE del Anexo No.2 se incluye en las medidas activas una nueva acción que es: Adquisición de sistemas de bombeo para zonas comunes que incluye motores eléctricos, variadores de frecuencia, y bombas centrífugas.&nbsp;</p><p><br>En el título INDUSTRIA Y SECTOR TERCIARIO del Anexo No.2 se incluye en las medidas de fuerza motriz y en la acción de adquisición de motores y variadores de alta eficiencia &nbsp;un nuevo elemento que es: Motores de imanes permanentes de bajas y medias revoluciones para equipos de superficie.</p><p><br>En el título INDUSTRIA Y SECTOR TERCIARIO del Anexo No.2 se incluye en las medidas de fuerza motriz una nueva acción que es: adquisición de sistemas de aire comprimido donde se encuentran secadores, prefiltros, posfiltros, sistemas de enfriamiento, válvulas automáticas, y tanques de pulmón.</p><p><br>En el título INDUSTRIA Y SECTOR TERCIARIO del Anexo No.2 se incluye en las medidas de refrigeración y en la acción de adquisicón de equipos de refrigeración y compresores un nuevo elemento que es: chiller por absorción.&nbsp;<br>Esta Resolución no establece cambios en el procedimiento para acceder a los Incentivos.&nbsp; <a data-mce-href="https://www1.upme.gov.co/Normatividad/712_2024.pdf" href="https://www1.upme.gov.co/Normatividad/712_2024.pdf">Descarga la nueva Resolución aquí&nbsp;</a></p><p>En línea con nuestro objetivo estratégico de lograr un avance en la integración de la construcción sostenible como tema prioritario en la política pública y la regulación nacional y local, participamos activamente en el proceso de comentarios y expedición de la Resolución.
